I’ve been told by my doc to lay off coffee and tea and fruit juices and I’m drinking lots of water while I have this acid reflux, but it there any drinks I can take? I have managed my diet okay,but i’m finding just drinking water a drag. Anyone have any ideas?

i have acid reflux i take tums and rolaids for it but the dont seem to help stop at all they work for only a few hours, is there any home remedes that will help stop it
