I’m drinking two Ensure drinks a day. Does this affect my acid reflux?

I don’t know how you can drink 2 Ensure drinks a day. They made me so sick that I often threw up after drinking them
I also suffer from GERD. I have been on lots of different types of liquid nutrtion. They never set well on my stomach and tasted so bad when they reflexed back up! They gave me a lot of gas. Some people can handle them but others can’t. Hope this helps! =)
