Thank you for the sound advice. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.
I had weight loss surgery (vertical sleeve gastrectomy), per my doctor, I’m low on vitamin B-12 because I am lacking the enzyme needed to absorb it.
And I have horrible horribly heartburn.
Will this help with absorbing for vitamins?
