I have been told by several people to eat a very bland diet and then reintroduce to see what foods my baby may have reactions too.
I am looking for any foods that would cause the baby acid reflux.

Do any of you also find if you eat too much, you will also spend the day having gas?
Thanks for your input!

I’ve been having difficulty swallowing and went to see an ENT. Apparently, I have acid reflux. I’m just wondering how, exactly, this causes difficulty swallowing? I should have asked my doctor but I guess I was so preoccupied I forgot to ask.

I’d like to eat pasta, but I can’t have pasta sauce with it, so what can I put on it that isn’t fattening or acidic? I like rice, but I can’t use anything spicy on it. I’ve been eating chicken a lot, but it’s getting boring, especially because I’m so limited with what I can eat on it. I need some ideas, please, on what I can eat since I’m going to be on this low-fat, no grease, no tomato-based products diet for a while. I’m also having a hard time saying no to cola and coffee in the morning since I need something to get me going- any ideas? Thanks!
